You can return your order placed from ping.com within 30 days of the order placement date, for a full refund on the value of the product plus taxes. Unless it is determined to be a manufacturing error by PING, custom-built golf clubs and customized golf bags require a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in original condition. Eligible custom-built clubs and customized golf bags will be refunded 80% of purchase price plus tax. Ballnamic Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for a full refund on the value of the product plus taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer assumes cost associated to return product to PING except for apparel in which a return tag will be provided. All refunds will be made on the original form of payment.
